Type A1 and A2 Specifications
| Structure The structure will be of reinforced concrete according to the drawings, the Cyprus concrete code design and the Cyprus anti-earthquake design rules and regulations. |

| Walls Internal walls will be constructed with high quality hollow clay blocks 10 x 20 x 30 cm. External walls will be 25 cm thick and will be constructed with blocks 10 x 25 x 30 cm. |

| Plastering Internal surfaces will be rendered with a three coat cement based plaster and three coats of high-quality emulsion paint. Externally, all surfaces will be also rendered with a three coat plaster. The final coat will be waterproof, reinforced with acrylic fibers. The external surfaces will be finished with three coats of acrylic Sandtex paint and stabilizer. Special metallic angles will be installed to protect all internal plastered corners. | Wooden Pergolas The wooden pergolas are constructed from first quality solid Swedish pine and protected with two coats of wood preservative, and three coats of external use varnish. |
