| Structure The structure will be of reinforced concrete according to the drawings, the Cyprus concrete code design and the Cyprus anti-earthquake design rules and regulations. |

| Walls Internal walls will be constructed with high quality hollow clay blocks 10 x 20 x 30 cm. External walls will be 25 cm thick and will be constructed with blocks 10 x 25 x 30 cm. |

| Plastering Internal surfaces will be rendered with a three coat cement based plaster and three coats of high-quality emulsion paint.
